AutoExpense

This is the official home page for the application named AutoExpense.

AutoExpense is a web application that helps individuals track personal expenses from forwarded bank and payment notification emails.

Application purpose

AutoExpense provides the following functionality to signed-in users:

Sign in with Google OAuth (identity only — no Gmail mailbox access)
Receive emails forwarded to a private inbound address
Extract merchant, amount, date, and category from payment emails using AI
Display expense dashboards, categories, and CSV export (paid plans)

How AutoExpense uses Google user data

AutoExpense uses Google user data only for sign-in (name, email, profile photo). We do not request Gmail API access. Expense emails arrive via user-configured email forwarding. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
